LOCAL | Rogue One Breakfast. Come and join the fun serving our unhoused neighbors at the Corvallis Daytime Drop-In Center on Fridays from 8-12pm! UPDATE: We have temporarily paused this action but hope to resume in the future.
NATIONAL | Don’t Stream Fascism: Cancel Spotify. Click HERE for more information. Spotify is running ads recruiting agents for ICE, the federal agency charged with mass deportation and surveillance of immigrant communities. These ads target vulnerable populations, promise signing bonuses, and normalize fear and intimidation in our neighborhoods. We refuse to fund it. We refuse to ignore it. UPDATE: campaign was successful! Spotify is no longer running ads!
LOCAL | Equal Rights for All signature gathering. Equal Rights for All is an Oregon ballot measure campaign that will affirm the right to abortion, contraception and IVF, transgender healthcare, and same-gender marriage in the Oregon Constitution regardless of what policies or decisions are made on a national level. The Equal Rights for All Measure will be on the November 2026 ballot. Learn more HERE! UPDATE: unfortunately, the organizers decided to halt this campaign and focus on other efforts.
LOCAL | Every authoritarian regime is sustained by pillars of power. When one of the pillars cracks, the others eventually fall. With noncooperation within each of these pillars, we can weaken the system that is sustaining the regime. But it is only successful when enough of us engage in noncooperation. One Million Rising is a novel strategy to achieve this goal. Visit the website.
