Midterms Are Less Than 100 Days Away!

The 2026 Midterm Elections are crucial for the future of our country! Republicans cannot win without voter suppression. States with in-person voting will see increased intimidation at the polls, and Oregon and others voting by mail are at risk of USPS interference. We need to vote in numbers so large that results become indisputable!

This is an “all hands on deck” situation! Please email voter@indivisiblebc.org to volunteer for any of these teams:

• REGISTERING VOTERS: We will be registering voters at the Corvallis Farmers’ Market every Saturday and at Indivisible events; collaborating to register voters at OSU, LBCC, and high schools; sending postcards; and canvassing in high residential turnover neighborhoods.
• LOCAL GOTV: Registered Democrats are already likely to vote—especially now! Non-Affiliated Voters (NAV) often don’t vote, yet represent a significant fraction of voters, about 33% in Corvallis. Indivisible BC will be targeting NAV in our multi-pronged Get Out the Vote (GOTV) campaign. We will be canvassing, phone banking, and sending letters and postcards.
• STATE/NATIONAL GOTV: For priority races, we will join with other voter registration and GOTV campaigns, such as other Indivisibles campaigning for “must keep” OR-5, Swing Left/Ground Truth (canvassing, phone banking), Vote Riders (helpline, letters, texts), and Blue Wave, Postcards to Voters & Field Team 6 (postcarding). For those wishing to make strategic donations, we suggest Oath Vote.
• ELECTION PROTECTION: We are committed to contributing to the safety of our vote-by-mail process and ensuring that all votes reach the elections office.
• INDIVISIBLE NATIONAL: Sign up for the Hands Off Our Vote campaign to be ready to mobilize in defense of our right to vote.

We are ready for volunteers to canvas to unregistered voters RIGHT NOW! Join the fun of visiting different neighborhoods to welcome folks who have recently moved and are not yet registered to vote. Canvas with a buddy, or go your own way. Email voter@indivisiblebc.org to get started. We will provide training if you haven’t registered voters before.
