#TheMajorityproject

Come pick up postcards at the next meeting! Wed July 23rd!

The ask : 12,000,000+ Postcards to Congress

🎯 Our Goal: Mail 12,000,000 postcards to Congress
📨 Progress: 1,497,163 postcards sent to Congress

Even just 10,000 postcards on your representative’s desk demands attention. Together, we’re sending 12,000,000 – and taking back the narrative.

What is #TheMajorityProject?

Donald Trump may have won the popular vote, but that doesn’t mean America supports his extremist agenda. Yet, the far right is spinning his victory as a mandate for policies that most Americans do not support:

✅ 86% support Universal Background Checks¹ for all gun sales
✅ 74% support Trans Rights Protections²
✅ 70% support Safe & Legal Abortion Access³
✅ 70% support Paths to Citizenship⁴ for Dreamers and Essential workers

These aren’t radical ideas – this is our common ground.

For too long, a loud minority has dominated the conversation. Now, they’re using Trump’s win to push an extremist agenda that doesn’t reflect the will of the people. We’re here to set the record straight.

That’s why we’ve launched #TheMajorityProject—a mass, coordinated mailing campaign to flood Congress with the facts and prove the real majority stands for progress.

Do you know about the 3.5% rule?

A widely cited Harvard study* found that when just 3.5% of a population joins a non-violent, action the movement never fails.

In the U.S., that’s 12 million postcards to Congress.
And we’re already 12.5% of the way there.

Let’s finish the job!

Harvard Study: Chenoweth & Stephan, Why Civil Resistance Works,2011

Why Postcards? Because They Work.

About 90% of Congressional staff say personalized mail can influence lawmakers—if the volume is high enough.

Unlike emails or phone calls, postcards pile up on desks, creating a physical, undeniable message that lawmakers can’t ignore.

One postcard is a statement.
12,000,000+ postcards are a movement.

And it doesn’t matter if your representatives are Republican or Democrat, liberal or conservative—each of them holds power and influence. They all need reminding. They all need pressure. And that pressure comes from us.

  1. But no one outside of their offices sees the postcards
and it doesn’t create any accountability nor solve other problems.
How about doing something better. See PeopleCount.org – that guy has it ALL figured out.
